You can start using MyAiPal for free. The basic version – including daily chats with the AI and core features – doesn’t cost anything.
For those who want a bit more, MyAiPal also offers an optional premium subscription. The subscription unlocks additional features like a wider range of exercises, personalised insights, and other advanced tools to support your mental health journey.
Upgrading to premium is completely up to you, and we offer flexible plans (such as monthly or annual payments) if you decide you want those extra features.
Cancelling your MyAiPal subscription is easy and hassle-free. You can cancel at any time through your account settings, and there are no cancellation fees or penalties for doing so.
If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, just go to your phone’s subscription settings and cancel the MyAiPal subscription from there.
After cancellation, you’ll still have access to premium features until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then the subscription will simply not renew.
Yes – your privacy is our top priority, and everything you share with MyAiPal is kept confidential. We do not collect unnecessary personal details about you, and your journal entries and conversations are not shared with anyone.
In fact, even our team doesn’t read your messages – only the AI processes them – so you can write freely knowing your thoughts stay between you and MyAiPal. We also use strong security measures (like encryption) to protect your data on our servers.
You can use MyAiPal anonymously (for example, using a nickname instead of your real name), and we encourage you to never reveal sensitive personal identifying information in your entries, just to be extra safe.
No, MyAiPal is not a replacement for professional therapy or medical care. It is a helpful self-care tool designed to support you with day-to-day encouragement, stress relief techniques, and a listening ear.
However, it’s meant to complement your mental health journey, not substitute seeing a qualified therapist when you need one. MyAiPal cannot diagnose mental health conditions or provide medical advice/treatment – if you’re facing serious issues or a crisis, we strongly recommend reaching out to a licensed professional for help.
Yes. MyAiPal gives you full control over your data, including your journal entries and chat history. If you want to keep a personal copy of your journal, you can export your data (for example, download your entries or conversation summaries to a file for safekeeping), and if you ever decide to stop using MyAiPal, you can delete all your data at any time.
Simply use the “Delete My Data” option in the app or website settings, and all your entries and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers (once deleted, it can’t be recovered). This way, you remain in charge of your information at all times.
MyAiPal is designed for teenagers and adults who want mental well-being support. If you are under 18 years old, we ask that you use MyAiPal with the knowledge and guidance of a parent or guardian, and please make sure to review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy together so you understand everything before you begin.
For safety reasons, children under 13 are not allowed to use MyAiPal (we do not knowingly allow under-13s to create accounts or use the app).
