These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you and MyAiPal Ltd when you use the MyAiPal app or website. Please read them carefully. By using MyAiPal, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

MyAiPal Ltd is a UK-registered company providing a voice-first journaling and AI reflection app. Contact us at support@myaipal.co.uk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Myaipal.

If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use the app with a parent or guardian’s consent.

By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You must not share your account with others.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

MyAiPal offers paid subscriptions, managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

All payments and renewals are handled by these platforms. We do not process or store your card details.

Subscription charges are billed in advance. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled via the App Store or Google Play settings.

Refunds are subject to Apple/Google policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use MyAiPal for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the app.

Upload content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, features, and branding belong to MyAiPal Ltd.

You retain ownership of your journal entries, but you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for providing the service.

7. Disclaimer

MyAiPal is a self-reflection and journaling tool. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.

We do not provide professional health advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or need medical help, you should contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide MyAiPal on an “as is” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyAiPal Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using MyAiPal at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the app ends, but you may request a copy of your data before deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
